About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Commerce Platform, defining and driving product strategy, aligning with core business objectives. This role demands strong leadership skills, data-driven decision-making, and technical fluency. You'll operate like a business owner, owning entire roadmaps end-to-end and shipping products from strategy to details.
This cross-functional team drives solution development, helping customers select the right products to accelerate their business growth. As the leader, you'll define product requirements, develop detailed roadmaps, and collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Business Intelligence, and Engineering teams.
You'll translate business needs into clear product requirements and drive end-to-end product delivery from ideation to execution. Your expertise will guide internal stakeholders on leveraging the Commerce Platform.

Requirements:
8+ years of direct Product Management experience
Strong leadership skills to drive complex projects from concept through execution
Data-driven decision-making, leveraging metrics, customer insights, and business data to inform product strategy
Technical fluency for close collaboration with engineering teams and clear communication of technical details
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with growth, marketing, finance, and business intelligence teams
Proven experience delivering impactful products and platform features that fulfill business objectives and customer needs

Compensation and Work Environment:
This role offers a competitive salary range of $181,000-$223,000 in Denver and major metro locations, and $212,000-$262,000 in San Francisco, Seattle, and New York. We have offices in Denver, San Francisco, and New York, with remote team members across the US and Canada. Employees based in these locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week.
