Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Localization Specialist to join our International Marketing Services team at Picture Production Company. As a Localization Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of international localized marketing materials to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with in-house graphic designers, audio technicians, and online editors to deliver international localized marketing materials, including TV spots and trailers localized into several different languages.
- Work closely with our finishing department to produce and deliver final materials, managing the delivery process and file production and asset management.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of materials to clients and international territory offices.
- Build and maintain relationships with marketing and operations personnel within territories.
- Track assets as they move through the pipeline and update Smartsheets to reflect current status.
Requirements:
- Highly organized with a flexible approach and plenty of initiative.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external contacts at all levels.
- A collaborator with poise and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Working knowledge of the Post-Production process.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an operational or production role.
