The Client Relations Specialist serves as the primary liaison to our prospective and current clients and the leadership team. This role is responsible for managing current partnerships to ensure adequate and timely follow up on all new and existing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and partnerships to ensure timely follow up on new and existing needs.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure organizational expectations and outcomes are met.
- Develop and maintain local professional relationships to drive referrals.
- Assess client needs and provide solutions to meet their expectations.
- Work independently and demonstrate good judgment.
- Manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
- Travel to facilities as needed to meet with clients and partners.
Requirements:
- Previous clinical and/or sales/admission/marketing experience in skilled nursing is preferred.
- Solid communication skills and ability to build and maintain local professional relationships is required.
- Possess strong assessment skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and healthcare software.
- Valid Driver's License.
