About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Agriculture team at UMB Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients in the agricultural industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our commercial agricultural portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Analyze client financials and creditworthiness to qualify them for bank products and services
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial banking, with a focus on agricultural lending
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
