Senior Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager - Commercial Agriculture to join our team at UMB Bank. As a key member of our Commercial Agricultural portfolio, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic solutions to meet their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial agricultural clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, underwriting, and treasury management, to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
- Analyze client financial data to qualify them for bank products and services, and develop customized solutions to meet their needs.
- 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in agricultural commercial bank sales.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of credit, bank products, services, underwriting, and bank operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
