About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager - Commercial Agriculture to join our team at UMB Bank. As a key member of our Commercial Agricultural portfolio, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic solutions to meet their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial agricultural clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, underwriting, and treasury management, to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
  • Analyze client financial data to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to improve cash flow and profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial agricultural banking or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop strategic solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or agriculture.
