Adecco is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Production Specialist to join our team in a state-of-the-art production facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating production machinery and equipment, monitoring the production process, and ensuring quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality control, identifying and addressing any issues or defects.
- Perform quality inspections on finished products and collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and products as needed, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Benefits:
Adecco offers a competitive compensation package, including pay starting at $17.00-$22.00 per hour, as well as benefit offerings such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan.
