  • Temperature Control: Check and maintain steam table temperatures before meal service to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Menu Preparation: Prepare Trayline menus and organize them according to order to ensure timely delivery to our residents.
  • Food Organization: Organize desserts, salads, and cold food as per schedule to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Meal Presentation: Prepare meal garnishes to enhance the presentation of our meals.
  • Trayline Operations: Supervise Trayline operations to ensure quality, temperature, and sanitation standards are met.
  • Meal Delivery: Ensure high-quality meals are delivered to our residents in a timely manner by our waitstaff.
  • Sanitation Practices: Follow sanitation practices during operations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Additional Duties: Perform assigned duties as needed to support the smooth operation of our food service team.
