  • Scheduling and Coordination

  • Administrative Tasks
    • Enter accurate information into eRAD for appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation.
    • Complete various eRAD worklists and tasks requiring outbound calls.
    • Update account information as necessary.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability
    • Exercise sound judgment and remain professional in all situations.
    • Identify and resolve complex problems, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Two (2) plus years of contact center experience, including CT & MR scheduling.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • DIN/HVRA/NJIN or MA experience preferred.
