Role Overview

Catholic Health System is looking for a qualified Shift Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo. In this critical role, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the delivery of nursing care on your shift, ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve smooth handovers and efficient workflow
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow and reduce wait times

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and experience in current healthcare technology. Certification in specific areas is preferred. This is a part-time position with benefits, working nights with weekend and holiday rotation. Estimated salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year.
