We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at McAuley Residence SNF Sub Acute as a Nurse Coordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating total patient care, participating in patient and family teaching, and supporting the activities of the clinical personnel on the Sub-Acute or Skilled Nursing Unit.

With a focus on delivering high-quality patient care, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Estimated Salary Range: $35,130 - $52,690 per year

  • Job Summary: Coordinates total patient care through assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating;
  • Responsibilities:
    • Educational Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, ADN; BSN strongly preferred;
    • Experience: Registered Nurse experience in the Long Term Care, Sub-Acute or Acute Care settings preferred;
    • Skills and Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to perform technical aspects of job with unit-based equipment; ability to work in a team environment;
Requirements
