Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at US Construction Group.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with QuickBooks Online. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting financial decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Reconcile monthly bank statements and ensure that financial records are aligned with bank transactions.
- Review expense reports and verify they match credit card statements.
- Handle payroll duties, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees, while maintaining compliance with tax regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Record all financial transactions, maintain the general ledger, and ensure proper coding and classification of accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, tracking actual performance against projected figures.
- Ensure the company remains compliant with all local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
