Job Description

As an Operations Manager at Crothall Healthcare, you will play a key role in directing and overseeing the operational needs of our healthcare facilities. Your responsibilities will include coordinating tasks with frontline associates, serving as a liaison between administration and departmental teams, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Establish and annually review standards and work procedures for all staff.
  • Plan work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services are rendered.
  • Assist in hiring process; interview, hire, and train new associates.
  • Orient, develop, and supervise all supervisory/housekeeping staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections and make recommendations to the facility.
  • Provide staff education and continuous training.
  • Communicate with staff, administration, and other departments.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a related field with high customer/client contact.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.
  • Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
