ROLE DESCRIPTION

Service Support Associates play a crucial role in ensuring that essential tools and supplies are readily available to assist the service team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This position may involve supporting other roles as needed, such as assisting with dishwashing duties. Success in this role requires teamwork, organization, and a keen awareness of the restaurant environment.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate effectively in English to understand and execute job requirements based on both written and verbal instructions.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Work efficiently in confined spaces with varying noise and temperature levels.
  • Lift and transport items weighing up to 10 pounds regularly, with the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Safely operate all necessary tools and equipment.
  • Maintain mobility throughout the restaurant for the duration of the shift, navigating various surfaces and potential hazards.
  • Accessibility may vary by location.

KEY DUTIES

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Transport used dishes to designated areas according to restaurant protocols.
  • Polish and stock all dining utensils, glassware, and service items from the dish area to service stations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at each service station throughout the shift, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols, including proper handwashing practices.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use of all required tools and equipment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
