Job Overview

Omm IT Solutions is seeking a skilled Human Resources Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining efficient human resources systems, ensuring data quality and integrity.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in data analysis and system development. The successful candidate will possess excellent technical skills, including proficiency in data systems applications and experience with federal HR regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The Human Resources Data Analyst will perform the following tasks:

  • Analyze and interpret complex HR data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve HR system efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system development projects
  • Design and implement automated reports and dashboards to support business intelligence
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by identifying and resolving errors and discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HR system activity and performance metrics
  • Provide training and support to end-users on HR system functionality and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in an IT field, Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics
  • At least 5 years of experience as a data analyst or in a related field
  • 5 years of experience handling large data sets and relational databases
  • 5 years of experience constructing queries, report writing, and presenting findings

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
