The DNA Group seeks a highly skilled Data Analyst and Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and IT support. As a Data Analyst and Business Intelligence Specialist, you will play a critical role in advancing our data services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage complex data sets using advanced statistical techniques and data visualization tools.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI and SharePoint.
  • Create and maintain data integrity through metadata and data dictionaries.
  • Write scripts to identify and resolve data errors and inconsistencies.
  • Design and implement reports with other business intelligence tools, including Tableau and MicroStrategy.
  • Serve as a technical lead on projects involving data-driven dashboard applications.
  • Communicate complex data concepts and project requirements effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst working with MS SharePoint and Power BI.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with users to define requirements and build out user stories and use cases for a new case management system.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT support roles in a Microsoft environment troubleshooting PC and LAN-related issues.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, data mining, and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to address diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of working independently and as a technical lead.

Benefits

The DNA Group offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.
