About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Account Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive sales growth and customer retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve operational efficiency
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide timely and accurate updates on shipments and other matters
  • Utilize our global technology platform, Navisphere, to generate reports and analyze load data to exceed customer expectations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer engagement experience
  • Ability to travel up to 5% (domestically)
