Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at YE California, you will play a crucial role in converting clients into tailored programs. Your goal will be to engage with customers, initiate meaningful conversations, and set up appointments that lead to successful sales opportunities. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research on target accounts and prospects to tailor outreach efforts and enhance engagement.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update lead information in our CRM system, tracking progress and ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights to improve lead generation tactics.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and overall performance.

Qualifications:

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with clients.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems, Virtual Platforms, Microsoft Office.
