We are seeking a highly skilled Controls Engineer to join our team at LHH. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading manufacturing client located near Martinsville, IN.

This role will involve leading projects related to PLCs, automation, robotics, HMIs, continuous improvement, and more. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers and contribute to the design, improvement, and implementation of automation throughout the manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and a minimum of 2+ years of experience in controls and/or automation engineering within a manufacturing environment. They will also have the ability to troubleshoot using Allen Bradley PLCs and experience with Ladder Logic.

Responsibilities will include identifying and resolving process operating problems and machine faults, troubleshooting PLC-based machinery, conducting root cause analysis, and contributing to the development of the organization's preventative maintenance and continuous improvement strategies.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $90,000-105,000 per year, quarterly and annual bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and a 401K plan with a company match. H1B sponsorship is not available for this position.
