We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Hospitality Ambassador to join our team at the iconic Transamerica Pyramid in San Francisco, CA. As the first point of contact for tenants and guests, you will provide a five-star welcome experience, fostering a hospitality-rich environment within the lobby. Your primary responsibility will be to anticipate and meet the needs of each person, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide proactive assistance to tenants and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Foster deep and meaningful relationships with tenants, learning and anticipating their needs and preferences.
- Partner with the security team to conduct opening procedures for the outdoor plazas, ensuring they are ready for the day.
- Offer tailored recommendations for local dining, retail, and other key locations in the area.
- Liaise and collaborate with property management, leasing, janitorial, security, and maintenance teams to ensure the property's pristine condition.
- Assist the Tenant Experience Director and other on-site team members as needed to ensure the best possible tenant experience.
- 3+ years of hospitality experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Physical ability to be on your feet for several hours and move outdoor furniture weighing up to 50lbs daily.
- Proficiency in the Google suite and Microsoft Office.
