About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fuel Attendant/Cashier. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet every customer with a smile, thank them for their business, and invite them back.
  • Fuel Services: Fuel customer's cars, check engine fluids, and wash vehicle windows as time allows.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash, card transactions, and issue change, receipts, and refunds.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe work area, including the outside of the store, islands, and pumps.
  • Restocking: Restock shelves, displays, coolers, and carwash as needed.
  • Safety and Security: Be safety/security conscious, adhere to the guidelines in the Safety Manual, and notify Manager of any gas spills, accidents, or incidents.
Requirements
  • Availability: Flexible availability to support business needs for a 24/7 operation, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Customer Service: A willingness and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Communication: Excellent communication with a friendly can-do attitude.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork and a history of leading by example and doing the right thing.
  • Self-Starter: Experience being a self-starter with a high attention to detail.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for an extended period and frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds.
