About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Experience Specialist. This role will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience for our staff and guests, while also overseeing the planning and execution of events and office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Experience: Develop and implement initiatives to improve the office experience for all staff, including partnering with the Business Services Team to deliver a "5-star" experience for anyone who enters the office.
  • Events: Drive staff affiliation, morale, and connection by planning and executing office events, including internal and external events, and overseeing the logistics and execution of these events.
  • Operations: Collaborate with the Business Services Team to coordinate in-office meetings, ensure a high level of customer service, and provide backup support as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a professional services context.
  • Skills: Strong change and project management skills, excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, OneNote, and Trello.
