  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including vendor information and purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
  • At least five years of experience in technical procurement, with a strong background in machined components.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and make decisions.
  • Fluent in English, with advanced reading and writing skills.
  • German and/or Portuguese language skills a plus.
