About the Opportunity

Pullman Regional Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Nursing Officer to lead its nursing services team. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the CNO will be responsible for developing and implementing standards of nursing practice to ensure delivery of quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, with experience in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, physicians, and other stakeholders.

The CNO will work closely with the CEO and other executives to achieve organizational objectives, including improving patient satisfaction, reducing readmissions, and enhancing the overall quality of care. They will also be responsible for providing leadership direction to the professional development of the nursing team and collaborating with all levels of nursing staff, interdisciplinary teams, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in nursing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing leadership, with a focus on quality improvement and patient care
  • Strong background in budget management and financial planning

  • Ability to build strong relationships with staff, physicians, and other stakeholders
