The Chief Nursing Officer will have the opportunity to lead a medical center that is known for its friendly environment and top-tier patient care.
The hospital offers a range of services, including surgical services, 24/7 emergency services, behavioral health services, medical imaging, rehabilitation, and physical therapy.
The Chief Nursing Officer will be responsible for directing all inpatient nursing services, including budgetary oversight, extending services, ensuring compliance, and upholding the mission statement of the medical center.
Qualifications for this role include a valid and unrestricted Registered Nursing (RN) license, a BSN, and MSN preferred. Prior experience in a rural health setting or critical access hospital environment in a nursing leadership capacity is highly desirable.
