About the Role:
This is a customer-facing position at Canon Solutions America, Inc., requiring a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring prompt delivery of on-site work assignments, providing top-notch customer support, and promoting a positive experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt updates to supervisors regarding potential issues or customer concerns.
- Respond efficiently to management and client requests via various communication channels.
- Foster excellent customer relationships through proactive and responsive service.
- Contribute to the development of site procedure guides to ensure accurate documentation of account processes.
- Perform device maintenance tasks, including routine upkeep, troubleshooting, and meter reading.
- Deliver paper and assist end-users with basic equipment functionality.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; less than one year of related experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and technical knowledge essential.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required for travel between client locations.
