  • About the Role:

    At Barry's, we are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk Hybrid Team Member to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting the overall success of our studios.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    As a Front Desk Hybrid Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for clients and will be responsible for:

    • Delivering a world-class client experience
    • Managing front desk operations, including scheduling, membership sales, and client communication
    • Providing exceptional customer service, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving client concerns
    • Supporting the sales team with membership sales and promotions
    • Assisting with events and workshops
  • Requirements:

    We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have:

    • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
