About the Job
American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Stanford, Kentucky. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce detailed images of the inside of the body.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal organs and tissues
- Analyze imaging data to identify potential health issues and make recommendations for further testing or treatment
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare teams, and radiologists to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
- Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure optimal image quality and safety
Requirements and Qualifications
- Certified as a CT Technologist or equivalent experience
- Current professional license and proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Specialty-related certifications are preferred
Salary and Benefits
