Clinical Research Coordinator Job Summary

The Clinical Research Coordinator is a critical member of our research team, responsible for managing and coordinating daily clinical trial activities. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Investigator in screening and reviewing potential study participants' eligibility
  • Maintain case report forms, charts, and documentation
  • Mentor and train other clinical research coordinators and research assistants
  • Ensure compliance with research protocols and standards
  • Collect and enter data as necessary
  • Assist with study start-up, maintenance, and close-out

Requirements:
  • Clinical Research Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience
  • Phlebotomy experience and current certification/license to perform phlebotomy in California
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and multi-task
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA Guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:
  • GCP Certification and Advanced CRC
  • Extensive clinical trial knowledge
  • Detail-oriented and strong interpersonal skills
