Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Incredible HVAC LLC. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
  • Meet or exceed sales and productivity targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in HVAC service or a related field
  • Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Virginia driver's license and EPA certification (for experienced positions)
