Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assessments of assigned patients and document nursing care accurately.
- Modify treatment plans based on patient responses and physician directives.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to evaluate and implement patient care plans.
- Assist in preparing patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring their comfort and understanding.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in nursing practice.
