Job Summary

The Staff Engineer is a key member of our team, responsible for assisting with various projects under the supervision of an experienced professional. This role involves working closely with project managers, clients, and technical staff to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers in coordinating project activities
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Develop and maintain construction cost estimates for various projects
  • Attend client and public meetings to represent the company
  • Prepare design computations and quantity estimates under the supervision of a licensed engineer
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, specifications, plans, and construction documents
  • Coordinate with technical staff to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Represent the company at project sites as needed
  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contract documents
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
  • 0-3 years of relevant engineering experience
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to read and understand project plans and specifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills
