Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intern in the field of Aerospace Engineering. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including inventory management, quality assurance, and engineering tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the design and setup of new inventory locations, and physically relocate inventories to new locations.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct research and analysis on existing inventory to ensure compliance with automotive quality standards, government requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Engineering Tasks: Perform time studies, scan documents into the ERP system, and complete document review and filing projects.
  • Collaboration: Work with various departments, including Engineering, Human Resources, Quality, Operations, and Sales, to complete special projects and tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Human Factors Engineering, Quality, Safety, Sales, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, mathematical skills, and ability to think critically and problem solve.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in word processing, Excel, and other computer software.
Work Environment
  • Physical Demands: Frequently required to stand and walk, occasionally sit. Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
