About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Amazon Fresh team as a Grocery Store Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Assist with receiving and processing inventory, including unloading trucks and organizing stockroom.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
