Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate at Sunglass Hut, you will be the face of our brand, providing an exceptional customer experience and helping customers find premium quality eyewear. You will be responsible for consistently delivering sales plans and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty, and providing a personalized and unique shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver sales plans and company objectives through customer relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience through attention to detail and personalized service.
  • Participate in a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
  • Take pride in the appearance of the store and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Embrace new technology and change with high accuracy.
  • Self-accountability for sales results through selling skills and a drive to meet goals.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Self-motivation with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
