Regional Sales Manager US - North-Central Region
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success in the capital equipment industry and will play a key role in driving sales growth within the region. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets
- Develop and execute sales promotional campaigns for the assigned region
- Execute direct sales activities and present Skalar Group products to new and existing customers
- Maintain thorough records via the CRM database
- Collect and analyze marketplace trends and data to determine plans and actions that drive sales growth
- Propose and execute systematization to improve sales work processes
- Work interdependently with the internal Sales & Marketing team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a business or related field
- Proven track record of at least 3 years sales experience
- Technical inclination and ability to learn
- Strong analytical skills
- Flexibility to travel within a defined region of the US
