Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and maintain client relationships through the project process
  • Take an active role in new business development, marketing Galloway's capabilities to establish new clients and enhance relationships with existing clients
  • Manage architecture team members and assist in managing project deliverables and schedules
  • Assist in development of conceptual, schematic design development, and construction document design packages
  • Oversee the development and review of construction documents
  • Coordinate with and advise clients throughout the design and construction phase of the project
  • Research and specify building materials, systems, and products
  • Research codes and verify code compliance
  • Provide architecture department construction contract administration
  • Oversee and assist in the management of the construction administration phase
  • Perform shop drawing and submittal reviews
  • Direct construction administration activities on projects
  • Monitor projects for construction document compliance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Environmental Design, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in large-scale multifamily and mixed-use projects
  • Typically, a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Architecture field
  • AIA licenses preferred
