Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our team. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for managing client budgets, schedules, and programs, as well as serving as the primary client liaison to bring projects to completion and to the client's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively manage client budgets, schedules, and programs, project communications, and documentation.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned major project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meet the client's needs.
  • Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
  • Manage multiple small/medium projects, coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, and estimate scope of work.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through a project's conception to its completion, and perform design and detailing on architectural projects.
  • Conduct and lead design meetings with clients and/or consultants through all project phases.
  • Review architectural documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines.
  • Independently coordinate the work of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Perform QA/QC and technical reviews.
  • Coordinate architectural specifications.
  • Construction contract administration.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Architecture or closely related field.
  • 6+ years' experience.
  • Registered Architect preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule).
  • Proficient in use of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and process.
  • Demonstrated graphic presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing architectural contract documents.
  • Strong knowledge of codes and excellent planning skills.
