As the Senior Custodial Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of various facilities within Lewis County. This position involves managing daily cleaning operations, overseeing inventory of supplies, and ensuring the upkeep of cleaning equipment. You will be responsible for traveling to multiple locations using a company-provided vehicle to fulfill your duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the cleaning needs and standards set by clients.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed when entering and exiting facilities, adhering to client regulations.
  • Execute all cleaning tasks as outlined in the work scope, guaranteeing daily cleanliness standards are met.
  • Monitor supply levels and place orders as necessary to maintain adequate inventory.
  • Deliver exceptional communication and service to both clients and team members.
  • Oversee that all janitorial staff provide outstanding customer service to all employees at the worksite.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of three years of experience in a custodial role.
  • Valid NYS Driver's License.
