Job Title: Family Service Worker

Job Summary:
Children's Learning Centers of Fairfield County (CLC) is a leading comprehensive family services program providing inventive education and care to young children, birth through age five, while also providing comprehensive services for its families. We are currently looking to enhance our Family Service Team with a Family Service Worker.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Family Engagement and Outreach
  • Referrals for identified services and support
  • Recruitment and enrollment of families, including intake and eligibility processing
  • Managing a caseload of families and providing individualized support
  • Collaborating with outside services agencies and community partners
  • Partnering with Education Staff to provide comprehensive support

Requirements:
  • Two years of related work experience desired
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or Social Work required
  • Bilingual preferred
