  • Content Creation & Curation: Develop, design, and schedule engaging content (videos, images, text) across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Social Media Strategy: Assist in creating and implementing social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals and company objectives.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels to foster positive relationships with followers.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance using analytics tools, providing reports on metrics like engagement, reach, and growth.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain current and effective.
  • Newsletter Writing & Scheduling: Write, design, and schedule newsletters to be sent to our subscriber list, ensuring consistent messaging and branding. Collaborate with the team to gather relevant content and updates for each edition.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Experience team to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms and to support other marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, company, or organization.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, MailChimp, etc.)
    • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Basic understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
