About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Investment Property Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the common areas of our manufactured home communities, including landscaping, trash removal, and general cleaning.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain common areas, including landscaping, trash removal, and general cleaning
  • Perform plumbing, electrical, and irrigation repair issues
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, coworkers, and vendors
  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Travel to nearby properties as needed
Requirements
  • Prior experience in light maintenance duties, carpentry, electrical, and meter reads
  • Knowledge of proper use of janitorial and landscaping tools and equipment
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bonus skills: bilingual, manufactured housing experience, and time management
