We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Investment Property Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the common areas of our manufactured home communities, including landscaping, trash removal, and general cleaning.
Responsibilities- Maintain common areas, including landscaping, trash removal, and general cleaning
- Perform plumbing, electrical, and irrigation repair issues
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, coworkers, and vendors
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Travel to nearby properties as needed
- Prior experience in light maintenance duties, carpentry, electrical, and meter reads
- Knowledge of proper use of janitorial and landscaping tools and equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Bonus skills: bilingual, manufactured housing experience, and time management
- $24 per hour
- Medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, 4 weeks PTO, health savings account, and referral program
- Monday-Friday schedule with on-call for emergencies
