Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our Property Management team at Comprehensive Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and maintenance of our facilities, including managing access control systems, performing repairs and maintenance, and coordinating with vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all keys and access control cards for each site and all staff, including distributing, collecting, and maintaining records on all keys issued
  • Install, repair, or change locks and keypads
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs of access control systems and locks
  • Maintain policies and procedures for access control
  • Determine hardware specifications and maintain adequate inventory of keys and lock supplies to ensure appropriate security and access for staff
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on all areas of Comprehensive facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment
  • Secure buildings by providing lock/unlock services and performing safety checks & walkthroughs during key times of the day
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of experience with keys & access control, general maintenance, custodial work, and grounds care
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to utilize standard applications such as internet browsers, Microsoft Office, and email programs
  • Must have valid driver's license, vehicle liability insurance, and a safe driving record
