Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Robot Operator to join our team at QPS Employment Group. As a Robot Operator, you will be responsible for operating a tea bagging machine, interpreting work orders, and meeting daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a tea bagging machine with precision and efficiency
  • Interpret work orders and implement instructions to ensure smooth production
  • Meet or exceed daily production goals as set by the shift supervisor, scheduled supervisor, and lead
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical problems with the machine
  • Maintain a sanitary and well-organized work area

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years' experience in a production-oriented environment
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Food safety training and experience working with food products
  • Able to stand for the duration of the shift
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers and decimals
  • Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions
