Responsibilities
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Robotics team, dedicated to supporting, repairing, and maintaining advanced robotic systems.

The ideal candidate will work in the field, providing exceptional service and support.

As a Field Service Engineer at Istituto Marangoni, your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing new equipment installations.
  • Conducting preventative maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing robotic systems.
  • Documenting issues and performing root cause analysis on system failures.
  • Regular travel to client sites, ensuring timely arrivals and adherence to traffic regulations.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong commitment to quality.
  • Experience in both field and corporate environments.
  • The ability to train non-technical staff on complex technical subjects.
  • A safety-conscious mindset, especially when handling potentially hazardous materials.
  • A willingness to learn new robotic operating systems.
  • A valid Driver's License and a clean motor vehicle history.

Education/Experience
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution is preferred.

Experience:
Prior experience in technical field service, particularly in life sciences or automation, is advantageous. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Candidates should be capable of lifting and moving approximately 60 lbs.
