We are seeking a Program Assistant to join our team, specifically to support our Mentoring Program. In this role, you will be tasked with:
  • Supporting the Program Director in managing the Mentoring Program.
  • Assisting in the recruitment, screening, and training of community volunteers.
  • Collaborating with referral sources to identify suitable youth participants.
  • Monitoring mentor-mentee relationships through regular communication with all parties involved.
  • Facilitating group activities for both volunteers and youth participants.
  • Providing casework services to the youth and families engaged in the program.
  • Maintaining accurate records, statistical data, funding reports, and client files.
  • Performing additional tasks as required.
Program Assistant Minimum Salary: $20.00 / Hour

Program Assistant Maximum Salary: $20.00 / Hour

Program Assistant Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9AM to 5PM - Days are negotiable.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Child Support, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficient computer and organizational skills.
