Job Overview

Hireverse is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth, fostering customer relationships, and creating strategic business opportunities in the Memphis area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work closely with our experienced sales professionals to learn about our products, target market, and sales strategies.
  • Leadership Training: Participate in leadership training sessions and workshops to enhance your leadership skills and develop your ability to lead small-scale projects or initiatives.
  • Sales Presentations: Assist in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing our products and services.
  • Sales Training Programs: Support the development and implementation of sales training programs for new hires and existing team members.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Leadership Experience: At least some experience in a leadership or mentorship type role is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
