Restaurant Equipment Technical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Equipment Technical Consultant to join our Quality and Performance team. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical consulting and support to various groups throughout the organization, focusing on cooking equipment, HVAC units, and control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and understand equipment service manuals, schematics, and communicate with design professionals, contractors, and service providers.
- Provide technical leadership and support to key stakeholders, including training and coaching restaurant support teams on proper kitchen equipment operation and maintenance.
- Develop personal knowledge of restaurant equipment and building systems, including how various components function within the overall restaurant environment.
- Understand the overall functionality of the equipment and building as a system and be able to think multi-dimensionally about the cause and effect each system has on the other.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- CFESA, CFC certification.
- Commercial kitchen equipment knowledge.
- Experience/knowledge in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and water systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Ability to travel 50%.
