Position Overview: We are currently seeking a qualified Trust Attorney to join our in-house legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and establish special needs and supplemental needs trusts to effectively manage assets while safeguarding public benefits.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Possess a thorough understanding of federal and state programs available for individuals with disabilities.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on legal matters related to trusts.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a mission-driven nonprofit organization focused on assisting individuals with disabilities in asset preservation and access to public benefits.
- Must hold a valid license to practice law in Massachusetts.
