The dedicated staff at our Step One Early Intervention program works in partnership with families to understand and meet the individual needs of children. Our program supports the relationship between young children and their families, offering developmental services to children and support, education, and counseling services to families.

We serve a diverse population and have staff that speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and Portuguese. Our interdisciplinary team of professionals provides:

  • Developmental assessments
  • Home-based services to young children and their families
  • Consultative services to staff of other disciplines and families
  • Developmental, therapeutic group services for infants, toddlers and families
  • Consultation and collaboration with other community and medical providers such as child care professionals and pediatricians

Required Skills:

  • Minimum degree required to maintain current Massachusetts licensure in Occupational Therapy

  • Prior experience working with infants and toddlers from birth to age three and their families is preferred
